The Darlington is UNIQUE! Featuring Dual Side Access and easy assembly.

The Darlington is designed to be a Hotel, Department Store or Home. As a hotel the first floor would be the reception area with gentlemen's lounge and office. The second floor consists of a restaurant, gift shop, bar and another shop. On the third floor, are the hotel rooms and the fourth floor the penthouse. The Darlington can also be finished as a Italianate home or commercial building.

This is a large house with big rooms. The finished house has 17 large rooms and measures 25"Wide, 29" Deep and 48" High. The kit comes with interior and exterior steps, two hotel signs, corner quoins and exterior front molding. These houses are computer cut from cabinet grade 3/8" Baltic Birch plywood.

Windows and doors are available in component kits with your choice of either Houseworks or Majestic Mansions made by Bespaq International™. The Darlington shown here has the new Majestic Mansion's windows and doors designed by Bespaq.
